   Attend the confirmed Dhela outing; keep the remainder of the day flexible rather than adding unquoted activities.

3. Day 3

   Checkout within the agreed terms and continue your onward journey.

Request the selected room category and meal plan by name. Resort facilities shown in photographs are not automatic package inclusions.

   Review the confirmed bed arrangement and allow arrival time for the family to settle.

2. Day 2

   Carry the required visitor documents and follow the authorised session with explicitly arranged reporting transport.

3. Day 3

   Coordinate packing, checkout and the family’s onward travel without relying on late departure.

Share ages, occupancy and practical comfort needs. Check visitor rules with the authorised provider and family room conditions with the property separately.

Discuss amenity suitability and charges before booking. Additional resort time does not include additional forest permission.

Keep optional excursions separate from the stay quote. If Dhela access is unavailable, review the revised plan and charges before accepting changes.
